Essay

In the thesis the complex analysis of issues concerning criminal and legal protection of freedom of faith in Ukraine has been made. The author makes a thorough research of the history of Ukraine's legislation in this sphere. Different models of such a freedom protection in the criminal legislation of foreign countries have been examined. Grounds and conditions of criminalization of the encroachment on the freedom of faith are clarified. Bodies of crimes against the freedom of faith as well as their objective and subjective signs are revealed.
