The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive comparative study of the role and place of the authorities of constitutional jurisdiction within the mechanism of protection of fundamental human rights and freedoms. The study is based on a model approach and includes the study of the theoretical, legal, organizational and other issues of appearance and functioning of basic and world well-known models of constitutional supervision, forms and methods of protection of basic human rights and freedoms in different legal systems and families.
