Essay

There is an analysis of essence and features of development of state-legal idea in Western Ukraine in 1919–1939 based on wide circle of sources and scientific literature. There is an investigation of internal and external factors which made an influence on the process of forming of state-legal conceptions about the construction of the Ukrainian state. The components, character, features of state-legal models of the Ukrainian Conservatives, Nationalists, National-Democrats, Socialists-Radicals, Social Democrats and Communists in their complex interconnection and interference are clarified.
