Essay

The complex pharmaсognostic study of Sowing Oats was carried out. The qualitative composition and quantitative content of the raw material wеre studied. The 23 individual substances were isolated from the grass, grain, roots and seedlings of Sowing Oats. 6 individual substances were isolated from the Sowing Oats at the first time. The qualitative composition and quantitative content of 17 amino acids, 15 macro- and microelements, 10 fatty acids was determined. The technology of thick extract of oat grass has been developed. The methods of the quality control for "Sowing Oats seed," "Sowing Oats grass", "Sowing Oats roots", "Thick extract of Sowing Oats grass" were developed. Pharmacological studies of infusion of Sowing Oats grass, thick extract and tincture "Aveol" wеre carried out.
