Essay

The object of research is the processes of personnel's activity risk management. The paper's objective is to develop theoretical theses and applied recommendations for improving personnel's activity risk management at the enterprise. While making the research, author used the following methods: systematization and generalization, economic and statistical, analytical and structurally logic, and graphical. The theoretical value of the thesis is represented in disclosing the essence of "personnel's activity risk" and "personnel's activity risk management at the enterprise". Moreover it includes improvement of personnel's activity risks classification and matrix of risks' appearance factors. The theoretical value of the thesis also implies the organizationally-economic mechanism improvement of personnel's activity risk management at the enterprise. The practical significance of the results consists of forming and development of qualitative personnel risk analysis techniques. It was accomplished on the following bases: grouping, as well as principles of organizing the departments' functionality and sharing the responsibilities between departments for effective personnel's activity risk management at the enterprise and techniques of adaptation and usage of management personnel methods with aim to prevent and reduce the personnel risks. Scientific novelty of the results lies in the development of theoretical theses and applied recommendations for improvement of personnel's activity risk management at the enterprise. Theoretical principles and practical guidelines of thesis are used for improvement of personnel's activity risk management at the enterprises. Author's recommendations are applied for the industrial enterprises.
