Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the influence of continued intragastric oxygenation and hepatoprotector thiotriazoline in the treatment of modelled acute tetrachlormethane hepatitis. It was established that hypoxia is one of the leading mechanisms in pathogenesis of acute tetrachlormethane hepatitis. It was demonstrated that continued intragastric oxygenation is accompanied by a significant content reduction of primary and secondary products of peroxide oxidation of lipids. It was proved time that in the course of seven-day intragastric oxygenation in the serum of animals with modelled acute toxic hepatitis the activity of marker enzymes of cytolysis and cholestasis and enzymic stage of antioxidant defense is reduced. It was clarified that the combined application of seven-day intragastric oxygenation and thiotriazolin in the correction of acute tetrachlormethane hepatitis is accompanied by credibly higher effectiveness according to the majority of the parameters under investigation.
