Vodyahin S. Documents as objects of civil rights.

The thesis focuses on legal description of the right to documents; private-lawful regime of documents and main features of documents as objects of civil rights are identified, the specific sources of legal regulation of documents, document types and capabilities of their classification according to objective criteria. It is shown the legal documents content and legal status of participants of these lawful relations taking into account of types of property right as exclusive rights, the base of their origin. It is defined base of rights to documents and their duplicates, review of information contained in them, the peculiarities of protection of violated rights to documents and formulated proposals for improving legislation. Legalization as objects of civil rights is researched, the results of theoretical and functional approaches to study of objects of civil rights in general are represented, and those which are not provided by the Civil Code of Ukraine, but as to which there are civil legal relations.
