Thesis is devoted to problems arising in connection with the implementation of relations related to the providing of housing and municipal services. The way of establishment and development of legislation on the providing of housing municipal services were under research. The concept and types of housing and municipal services are analyzed. The content and nature of the relationship for rendering services related to tenure are disclosed. The elements of a contract for providing housing and municipal services, the procedure for concluding this contract and also features the conclusion of contract for rendering between users and managers were studied. The contents of the obligations arising from the contract of providing housing and municipal services, and particularly responsibilities of parties to the contract in case of its violation are analyzed. Theoretical conclusions from the study of issues, and practical proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of relations related to the providing of housing and municipal services were suggested.
