In dissertation work theoretical-methodical bases of economic activity of enterprises are grounded and the signs of economic activity of enterprises on dairy market are generalized, basic terms which provide its effective functioning are certain. A concept "commercial activity" as to the variety of economic activity is specified. The basic tendencies of development of dairy market of Ukraine are described. The factors of marketing environment of enterprises what is made by dairy products are analysed and the estimation of economic activity of the dairy enterprises is given. Measures on the improvement the promotion system of dairy products to the market are offered. Influence of government control on economic activity on dairy market is ground. The model of dependence of profits of enterprises of milk processing industry depending on the volumes of sale, level of marketing charges and expenses on raw material is developed.
