Dissertation to obtain scientific degree candidate of medical sciences in specialty 14. 01. 30 - anesthesiology and intensive care. State facility " M. M. Amosov National Institute of Cardio-vascular surgery of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine", Kyiv, 2012. The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of anesthesiological provision of patients with dissecting aneurysms of aorta (DAA) the A with the aim to decrease complications and mortality during surgical treatment. Possibilities of operative results improvement and of neurological complications decrease in the use of deep hypothermia during interventions on the aortic arch were studied. Dynamics of changes of acid-base metabolism of lactate and of glucose levels during patients deep cooling down and warming up were described. Method of retrograde cerebral perfusion (RCP) has been improved. It was proved that propofol with fentanil are the most effective preparations for the anesthesia. The use of improved RCP method is necessary for brain protections.It was proved that propofol with fentanil are the most effective preparations for the anesthesia. Improved method of extracellular and intracellular cardioplegic solutions was applied for myocardial protection. Improved method of autologous bloоd collection is performed after heparinization immediately before the heart-lung bypass is on.
