Strokan V. Activity of local government bodies as subject of the land relations in Ukraine

Object of research - land relations at level of territorial formations. The aim of the thesis is a theoretical substantiation of approaches and directions concerning improvement of activity of local governments as subject of land relations in Ukraine. Research methods: legal, structurally functional, abstract and logic, comporative, system analysis. Scientific novelty of the research results consists in the theoretical substantiation of approaches and directions concerning improvement of activity of local governments as subject of land relations in Ukraine; it is formulated and proved scientific approaches concerning an institutionalization of function of self-governing control for the purpose of improvement of regulation of land relations by local governments; it is improved theoretical base of development of the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of land relations by local governments; it is improved concept interpretation "powers of local government in sphere of land relations"; theoretical representations concerning possibilities of introduction of foreign experience of regulation by local governments in the Ukrainian practice and approaches to formation and improvement of institutional base of regulation of ground relations by local governments; scientific interpretations ekologo and social determinants of regulation of ground relations local governments are given the further development.
