Kruzhylina O. Judicial bodies in the mechanism of safeguarding political rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine

The dissertation researches the place of judicial bodies within the mechanism of safeguarding political rights and freedoms as well as peculiarities of judicial protection of some political rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine. The dissertation has investigated activities of judicial bodies of Ukraine in safeguarding political rights and freedoms, namely it has determined the place of judicial bodies within the mechanism of safeguarding political rights and freedoms of people and citizens of Ukraine and advantages of judicial protection; it has analyzed the special character of judicial protection of the citizens' right to take part in administering state affairs, in all-Ukrainian or local referendum, to freely elect and be elected.
