Object - influence of harmful substances contained in fire-proof plant emissions on population health. Purpose - is a subtantiation of hygienical recommendations from the decline of harmful substances contained in fire-proof plant emissions influence on a population health. Methods - physical-and-chemical, hygienical, immunological, statistical. Results are the given hygienical estimation of harmful substances contained in fire-proof plant emissions on the basis of comparative estimation of physical and chemical properties of dust, gases, their biological action, the parameters of risks are certain for a health and grounded complex of prophylactic measures, directed on a maintainance and strengthening of population healt. Novelty - first the sanitary-hygenic checking system is scientifically grounded after fire-proof plants. Job performances are entered in practical activity of the Gorlovka city sanitary-epidemiologycal station, to the Donetsk regional sanitary-epidemiologycal station, Panteleymonovka city fire-proof plant, in the educational process of department of hygiene and ecology of the Dnepropetrovsk medical academy, developed and recommended to application for the organs of practical health protection and scientific establishments declarative patent "Method of diagnostics ecologically dependent violation of gumoral immunity for a child", to the organs of practical health protection and project organizations recommended hygienical regulation (reference safe level of influence) of dust of khromit and magnesite in atmospheric air of the inhabited places.
