The object of the research target organs damage in patients with essential arterial hypertension and its dynamics under the influence of antihypertensive therapy; the goal is improving the diagnosis of subclinical lesions of the heart and kidneys, as risk factors for cardiovascular complications in patients with essential arterial hypertension, and improving the efficiency of their correction ; methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - established correlation between the levels of microalbuminuria and left ventricular structural parameters, frequency of episodes of myocardial ischemia, arrhythmias, repolarization disorders, circadian blood pressure profile, we have proved the effectiveness of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor antagonists in improving the daily profile of blood pressure, reduce microalbuminuria, improvement of diastolic left ventricular function; the observed data were introduced into practice of the municipal clinical hospitals № 1, № 5 (Donetsk), Regional clinical hospital of the professional disease (Donetsk), Slavyansk municipal hospital after named Lenin, and also in the educational process of Donetsk National Medical Universities.
