Berchenko G. Constitutional bases of civil society in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to a complex investigation of the constitutional principles of civil society in Ukraine. In this work reviewed the features of the historical development of idea of civil society and the experience of the constitutional binding of principles of civil society in Ukraine. Analyzed the main existing methods of approach to the understanding of civil society, suggested the copyright definition of civil society and cleared up its structure. Considered reasons of the low level of development of civil society in Ukraine and suggested the ways to overcome them. Established the features of the constitutional binding of principles of civil society in foreign countries. Investigated the status of constitutional regulation of the principles of civil society in Ukraine, as well as the main ways to improve the regulation of its constitutional principles.
