Essay

Based on a comprehensive study singularities of the functional state of the lymphoid populations of white pulp of the spleen in the dynamics of development of experimental diabetes and in adaptation to hypoxic hypoxia identified violations of the functional state of cellular subpopulations of the spleen: changes in the apoptosis and proliferation of splenocytes, the processes of differentiation of T follicular helper, T-helper cells of the 17th type of T-regulatory cells and antigen-presenting cells. Established immunomodulatory effects of dose hypoxic training on the cytoarchitectonic of the spleen. In this paper has been tested and perfected a new method of identification of T-helper cells in follicular histological sections of the spleen, which could increase the efficiency of their identification and quality evaluation of the activity of diabetes and other autoimmune diseases.
