Dmytruk M. Category misdemeanour in criminal law doctrine

In the dissertation, based on an analysis of criteria division of crimes with other types of offences, of the study of history differentiation criminal acts, characteristics and legal nature the category of misdemeanour in criminal legal doctrine of Ukraine are investigated.It is proposed to identify to criminal misdemeanours two relative subsystem acts: non administrative misdemeanours and crimes of minor criminal gravity (the first subsystem acts), and also crimes of minor and some medium criminal gravity, which are inherent features of other offences (the second subsystem acts). It is identified the existence of such objective and subjective characteristics in these sub-actions.
