Essay

The paper deals with gender, aspectual and direct objects of imperfect performance of obligations in regard to life and health protection of minors. The author revealed the notion of the very beginning of criminal and law protection of child’s life and health from imperfect performance of obligations by the obliged person in regard to their protection. The signs of objective side of the investigated crime were analyzed as well as features of a special object of action specified in article 137 CC were determined and interpreted.
