Prykhodko A. Contractual relations with participation of average adjusters and their role in ensuring road safety

Dissertation is the first system research of contractual relations with participation of average adjusters. On the basis of the conducted research of legislation, doctrine positions and practical aspects of activity of average adjusters, a concept "service of average adjuster" is formulated. The author is consider legal nature of contractual relations with participation of average adjusters and a new contractual construction - contract with participation of the average adjuster is offered. It is set that such agreement falls into the category of the unmentioned mixed contracts and combines in itself the elements of agreements about the grant of services and implementation of works.
