The paper provides a theoretical analysis of pedagogical basis of application of means of physical culture as a complex approach to formation, development and preservation of physical health of students, and scientifically explained pedagogical condition helping to increase efficiency of influence of PE classes and ensure their individualization including individual peculiarities of level of physical training and somatic health of specific student. Developed and tested author's method of conducting PE classes in 8-9 grades students with application of elements of taekwondo for increase of efficiency of revitalizing action.
