Generalized mechanisms of psoriasis by assessing the role of the second cell mediators (cAMP and cGMP), eicosanoids (prostaglandins E2 and F2alfa, leukotriene B4), a neurotransmitter (serotonin), agonist of inflammation (histamine). Standard therapy with the use Assalics was more effective compared to methods without the use of both the presence and absence of the phenomenon of Kebner. Results of treatment depended from the dynamics of the studied compounds.
