Popik A. Pharmacognostic study of the Syringa representatives and obtaining of phytoremedies on their basis

The thesis is devoted to the study of biologically active substances in the leaves, flowers, bark and roots of Syringa vulgaris of Charles Jolie, Madame Lemoine, Krasavitsa Moskvy varieties. The qualitative and quantitative content of the main biologically active substances of the rоw plant material was studied, 26 compounds were obtained in the individual state and their structure was established. The presence and content of 16 amino acids, 14 fatty acids, 55 components of volatile oil was determined. The thick extract from Syringa vulgaris leaves and liquid extract from Syringa vulgaris flowers was obtained, standardized and their anti-inflammatory activity was established. The quality control methods for the medicinal plant material “Syringa vulgaris leaves”, “Syringa vulgaris flowers”, “Syringa vulgaris bark”, “Syringa vulgaris roots”, “Thick extract of Syringa vulgaris leaves”, and “Liquid extract of Syringa vulgaris flowers” were developed.
