Pogorielov O. The role of dynamic interphase tensiometry in diagnostics, current forecasting and estimation of treatment of multiple sclerosis efficiency

The theoretical substantiation and the new decision of a scientific problem of definition of a role of physical and chemical properties of biological liquids have been conducted in the dissertation at MS patients that would allow carrying out differential diagnostics, to predict MS stage and current. It will allow using an adequate medicamentous therapy on the basis of the developed medical-diagnostic algorithm. The mathematical model of forecasting MS which allows carrying out disease diagnostics has been constructed on the basis of the received results. The most closely connected with forecasting MS liquor indicators were revealed: adsorption of high-molecular SAS, concentration and adsorption of the most highly active components, viscous elasticity level and relaxation time. The algorithm of MS patient's treatment was developed as the result of the conducted research on the basis of the constructed mathematical model.
