Tymchenko I. Optimization of the technological processes of the creation of the medicated films on the basis of the mathematical models

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the principles of the individualized treatment of the diseases using the logic of the extemporal production of the medicinal agents (after the example of the treatment of the parodentium disease). The principles of the technological process optimization in the creation of the medicated films of antimicrobic, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing action under the code Metro-MX-film and Miko-MX-film were developed. The optimal formulation of the medicated films was developed on the basis of the mathematical models and were studied their specificated properties. The specific activity and the medicinal agent's safety were proved and was set their correspondence to the demand of the State Pharmacy of Ukraine by the index "microbiological purity". The technological instructions of the examined medicinal agents were developed.
