Lubenets T. Prevention and treatment of functional disorders of postnecrotic pancreatic disorders

Dissertation is devoted to choosing the optimal treatment strategy in patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis with the prevention and treatment of functional disorders of postnecrotic pancreatic disorders. The basis of this study included a survey, monitor and treatment of 181 patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. In a retrospective survey determined the frequency of exocrine and endocrine pancreatic insufficiency in dependence of the selected treatment strategy, identifies the factors affecting the development of functional disorders of the pancreas after acute necrotizing pancreatitis. After analyzing the data suggested an optimized algorithm of treatment of patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis, taking into account the pathophysiological features of acute necrotizing pancreatitis. In a prospective study compared the immediate and long-term outcomes in the control and main groups. Identified risk factors for functional impairment of the pancreas after acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Algorithm is proposed for monitoring of patients after acute necrotizing pancreatitis to detect functional disorders of the pancreas
