It was established in the experiment that colloid solution of silver nano particles obtained by chemical method in the matrix of high-dispersive silicon dioxide with the particle size of 8 - 12 nm and concentration of basic solution 0,0016 % showed the high antimicrobial activity for test-microorganisms E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus and C. albicans. It depended on a number of factors. The bactericidal properties of the fabric impregnated with silver nano particles were studied. A mixture of surface-active sodium dodecyl sulphate and polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone was used as stabilizing substance. The effective neutralizer was picked out before investigation. The terms of experimental samples' antimicrobial activity maintenance were established and their stability during a long observation period (24 months) was demonstrated too. The algorithm for study the nano preparations antimicrobial properties was worked out on the ground of the obtained results.
