Object: process of personnel controlling (PK) of trade enterprises. Purpose: a theoretical ground of conceptual approach is that development of methodical and scientific - practical recommendations in relation to forming and perfection of the system PK as basis of providing of efficiency of management of trade enterprises a personnel. Methods: analysis and synthesis; economy-statistical analysis: questioning, correlations and comparisons (SNW - analysis and GAP - analysis), tabular, graphic (for the lead through of GAP – analysis), grouping; expert estimations; SNW - analysis, GAP - analysis, SWОТ– analysis, analysis of sizes in a break-even point, functionally cost analysis; formalizations; matrix; scientific methods: complex and system approaches. It is offered: conceptual chart of PK; computer-integrated complex system PK; process of PK; matrix of making a decision in relation to the choice of organizational chart of functioning of PK; model of estimation of the state of providing of PK; methodical approach is in relation to the use of functionally cost analysis as instrument of PK.
