Stebliuk N. State regulation of training in higher education in Ukraine

Object of the study is process of preparation specialist in state high educational institutions of the Ukraine. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and motivation practical recommendation on increasing of efficiency of the government regulation of preparation specialist in system of the higher education of the Ukraine. Methods of research are in abstract-logical, relatively-economic, system-structured, hypothetical, economic and mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining efficiency separate approach to government regulation of preparation specialist with higher educations in Ukraine; recommendations on shaping the order for government account on preparation specialist with higher educations in Ukraine. Novelty is the most further development scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation on increasing of efficiency of the government regulation specialist with higher educations in Ukraine. Degree of the introduction by Main information-computing centre Ministry formation and sciences of the Ukraine, SSI "Institute innovation technology and contents of the formation", Main governing the formation and sciences Dnipropetrovs’k regional state administration.
