Iarygina V. Linguistic means of expression of expressiveness in the genre of a modern sermon

The object is linguistic organization of Ukrainian sermons; the aim is to identify those linguistic means of modern Ukrainian sermons which promote the expression of expressiveness in this genre of religious discourse; methods are descriptive, contextual, the elements of the method of component analysis, the method of distributional analysis; novelty - for the first time in Ukrainian linguistics language means, which ensure expressivity of modern religious sermons, which has been identified in lexical and grammatical units, have been isolated and analyzed; results - the features of religious style of the modern Ukrainian language, considering its intehratsiynist with other functional styles, have been characterized, the influence of the oratory tradition in the formation of the Ukrainian sermon has been traced, fonostylistic, lexical and phraseological expressive means, which are used in the modern Ukrainian sermon, have been defined, grammatical (derivational, morphological, syntactic ) means, which are used for expression of expressiveness in a sermon, have been studied; branch - stylistics, cognitive linguistics
