Essay

The thesis is devoted to determining the relationship of coronary blood flow and renal function in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease with glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in the range 60-120 ml/min./1,73m2 and developing measures to improve the safety of interventional research techniques by preventing the development of contrast-induced nephropathy. Determined that the initial changes of kidney function (GFR 60-90 ml/min./1,73m2) is an additional factor associated with severity of atherosclerotic lesions of coronary arteries.
