Essay

Object - the process of determining the origin of small air targets using UWB signals. The purpose - improving the accuracy of coordinate measuring small air targets in the case of antenna arrays in the UWB RTS reconnaissance and target designation. Methods - the iterative method of electrodynamic space-time characteristics calculation of the UWB antenna arrays, the Fourier analysis to determine the spatial and temporal characteristics, methods of determining the potential accuracy of the joint assessment of pulse sequence parameters, the method of temporal moments to determine the signal distortion UWB signals. The results - improved numerical method for calculating of the spatial-temporal and energy characteristics of highly directional arrays UWB signals., improved method for determining the accuracy of coordinate measurement of small objects by using air UWB signals, has been further developed a method to determine quantitative estimates accuracy of spatial coordinates. It is introduced - in the research work, in the educational process at the Kharkiv University of Aircrafts and degree designing for the students. Sphere of application - radio systems
