The thesis is dedicated to the study of hormonal status and changes of bone mineral density of women with uterine myoma, elaboration and pathogentic substantiation of a new treatment method of the discovered abnormalities by means of application of ostheoprotectors and gestagenes. There have been defined two types of hormonal dysfunction of the examined women with uterus leiomyoma that became evident with the phenomena of absolute and relative hyperestrogenia. According to the results of the densitometer examination there has been noticed decrease of bone mineral density which looked like ostheopenia of different degrees in 80,4 % women with uterus leiomyoma, who had a diagnosed decrease of progesterone concentration, i.e. the phenomena of relative hyperestrogenemia. Tendency towards ostheosclerosis has been discovered in 67,7 % patients with above mentioned disease who had estradiol increase and effects of absolute hyperestrogenemia. The usage of the elaborated treatment scheme with application of gestagene of dydrogesterone and drug of Calcium of the third generation for six months improve the indexes of hormonal status and bone mineral density, whereas the two-year therapy according to the scheme let achieve complete effectiveness in normalization of hormonal profile and densitogram indexes of women with uterine myoma of reproductive age.
