Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of seed mixes recipes for feeding dairy cows, is aimed at increasing milk production and improve milk quality. Found that the recipes developed regional grain mixes are fortified with micro-mineral supplement (BMMD-1), comprising a mixture of crushed grain broad beans and winter rape (1:1- 1:3) and broad beans and soybeans (1:3) that have high energy nutritional value (1,11-1,40 korm.od.) content 150-189 g / kg crude protein and 67,8-154 g / kg fat. The concentration of energy exchange in mixtures of dry matter was 10,7-12,3 MJ / kg. Research and experimentally proved using the main feed factor, which increases milk production by 5.8 - 30.5% protein content - 12.3 - 13.5% fat and 16.8 - 19.3% in milk with less cost of 1 quintal of milk base by 5,0 - 19,5% and higher profitability by 6.0 - 27,1%, while maintaining optimum physiological state of animals.
