Khavar Y. Organizational and Technical Support to the Forestry Land Cadastre Functioning

Subject – lands of forestry-based use; aim – detailed exploration of the current condition of the lands of forestry-based use, development of a system for their classification and registration in the general system of the state land register, securing proper accuracy of their display on cadastral maps and drafts, improvement of the methodology of standard pecuniary valuation; methods – those pertaining to the fields of mathematical statistics and logics, system-and-structural and comparative analyses, theory of management, and computer graphics; theoretical and practical outcomes – implementation for use by central and territorial executive bodies responsible for land resources management in order to maintain state land register with respect to the registration of forestry-based use lands and in the course of the development of land use projects and calculation of standard pecuniary valuation of specific land categories by research-and-development and land use institutes. Materials of research are used for educational purposes during training of experts in specialty Land Use and Land Register; novelty – this study proposes the system of registration of forestry-based use lands as a constituent of State Land Register according to designated and functional use types, types of ownership, further improved in the study were the methods of the calculation of standard pecuniary valuation of forestry-based use lands along with the development of the consolidated algorithm for the calculation of standard pecuniary valuation of the lands; on the basis of comprehensive research, mathematical dependences have been determined and accuracy parameters of geodetic support of cadastral valuations of forestry-based; further developed was cadastral zoning of forestry-based use lands with division into cadastral zones; implementation of the results – Lviv Research and Development and Project Institute of Land Use, State Enterprise; branch – land register and land monitoring.
