Kozoliy Y. The characteristics of en terobiasis epidemic process in modern conditions and the improvement of the measures of ist prenevtion

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the main objective laws of the process of enterobiasis and to improving its preventive measures in modern conditions. Non-uniform distributional pattern of enterobiasis among different population groups, the most vulnerable groups, the factors that favour the communication of enterobiasis were defined.The system of parasite monitoring of human environment was optimized.For the first time in Ukraine the egg-killing activity of disinfectants of different chemical groups was studied and the optimum parameters of their application in the system of enterobiasis preventive and anti-epidemic measures were based. The morphological changes in pinworm eggs under the influence of disinfectants were defined. The declarative patent on a useful model #66313 d.d. 26.12.2011 "The method of determination of disinfectant effectiveness as to the pinworm eggs" was obtained was obtained. For the first time in Ukraine the effect of silver, copper, and magnesium nanoparticles on pinworm eggs was studied.
