Pochtovy M. Law of a basis of a legal policy of the state.

In dissertational research it is conducted theoretical generalisation of the questions connected with a legal policy of the state. It is generalised results of the analysis of various approaches to understanding the sense "the legal policy of the state". It's offered the author's definition which essence is proved in two senses: in a narrow sense it means an activity of the state concerning the formation of legal ideology of development of right or legal system. In a wide sense it's suggested to understand the legal policy of the state activity cencerning realisation of effective legal influence on all spheres of a public life. In dissertation research it's ascertained the maintenance of a legal policy of the state there are established principles on which the policy is based; there is carried out classification on kinds by certain criteria. Use of a certain number of methods and approaches to research of a legal policy of the state, has allowed to avoid monotony and undesirable elements of subjectivity that proves the complex character of the dissertational research. The stages of a legal policy of the state are allocated, their choice is grounded. On the basis of generalizations conducted it managed to generate the priority directions of legal policy of modern Ukraine and state the necessity of conceptual fastening of positions having displayed in the work.
