On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature the essence and structure of creative self-realization of a personality is revealed, the sense of the notions "creative self-realization of a personality" and "creative self-realization of a future teacher of music in the process of conductor-choral training" is defined more precisely, the pedagogical potential of conductor-choral branches of science in the forming of skills of creative self-realization of students is dealt with, the methodical basis of modern sphere of musical-pedagogical education and conductor's practice in the trend of creative self-realization of the future specialist is analysed.
