Essay

The object of study - bacterial vaginosis. The purpose of the study - improving the effectiveness of treatment of bacterial vaginosis by applying science-based indicators and methods of complex therapy with topical etiotropic appointment on the basis of the correction of microbiotic violations. Research methods: clinical, laboratory, microbiological, immunological, physico-chemical and statistical. It is ascertained that development and course of bacterial vaginosis are influenced by abundance of sexual partners, abnormalities of microbiota of vagina (qualitative and quantitative composition), abnormalities of bowels. Among patients with bacterial vaginosis was detected slight pathogenetic changes in the components of system of cellular and humeral immunity, which had functional aspects, abnormalities of qualitative and quantitative composition of microbiota of vagina and bowels. It was developed the methods of medical treatment of patients with bacterial vaginosis with topical application of biocides polymer of polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate in the form of vaginal gel. Results have been implemented in the educational process the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases SE "Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine," the Department of Dermatology, Venereology and AIDS of Kharkiv National Medical University of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, Department of Dermatology and Venereology and Cosmetology with the Cycle of Aesthetic Medicine of FPE of Zaporizhzhya State Medical University, the practice of ME "Zaporizhzhya Regional Skin and Venereal Diseases Clinical Dispensary", ME "City Clinical Hospital № 17" of Dnipropetrovsk, ME "Odessa Regional Skin and Venereal Diseases Clinical Dispensary," ME "Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Diseases Clinical Dispensary № 1" of Kharkiv.
