Balaklitskiy I. Democratic transformation of law: theoretical foundations

For the first time in the framework of the science of theory of State and law based system approach carried out complex research of democratic transformation in modern transformational conditions of society's development. Studied theoretical-legal aspects of the manifestation of the principles of law, the forms and legal sources, legal reforms in modern legal systems, the evolution of law in the face of globalization, etc. The opinion that in spite of the modern world globalization processes, today in Ukraine there is an urgent need to continue its tradition of law in connection with the chaos many borrowed from the legal institutions and norms in the mechanism of action of national law.
