Garo G. Marriage contract as legal institute of family law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the marriage contract as legal institute. In the dissertation there are explored and established the legal nature of the marriage contract, its place at the system of contractual law of Ukraine and its place as the legal institution among other legal institutions of family and civil law of Ukraine. It analyses the civil and family law aspects of the subject, object and content of the marriage contract; examines the order of making, changing, annulment, termination and rejection of the marriage contract, and the legal nature of responsibility according to the marriage contract and based on the author's classification the possible ways of implementation (protection) family and civil rights and obligations of the parties of marriage contract. In this thesis it is made general conclusion that the legal institution of marriage contract is a complex legal institution of family law of Ukraine with the penetration of individual elements of the civil rights and due process (procedural) norms of the notarial process. The significant attention in the dissertation is given to development of offers on improvement of the legislation.
