Davydov V. Methods of improving the efficiency system of spacecraft control by using marine point locations

The research focuses on the development of methods of improving of the efficiency system Of spacecraft by using marine point locations for spacecraft control based on the application of 'Sich' satellite system. The analysis of principles of the monitoring system contract controlling spacecraft by means of optical electronic space instruments and of disadvantages of existing control methods with a single location scheme has been accomplished. The proposals were done concerning the advanced methods of loss evaluation due to unfavorable meteorological conditions which makes possible to take into account not only cloudage but precipitation and fogs as well; method of longer duration of radio visibility zones by using marine point location control ; the way of establishing communication between low-orbit space apparatus and marine location control. The results of the dissertation are purposed for the development and further modernization of existing national systems of distance zone control "Earth - Spacecraft" in optical electronic observations.
