Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the functioning of cultural industries in contemporary society, its role and place in contemporary social transformations. This study is carried out by constructing a sociological model of the cultural industries of the specifics of its operation in a modern society on the 4 levels of representation of social reality: micro-, meso-, macro and global level. Based on the proposed model compared the parameters of functioning of the cultural industries, and its role in the social transformations in both totalitarian and a democratic political regime, as well as in Ukraine.
