Essay

Research object: innovative processes (IP) for industrial enterprises; the purpose of the work: to deepen scientific and theoretical positions and to develop guidelines for the management of IP in industrial enterprises; research methods and instruments: structural and logical analysis, system approach, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, the method of expert estimations, the analysis of hierarchies, factor, cluster analysis, functional modeling IDEF0, graphic simulation and modeling; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to assessing the intensity of IP in machine-building enterprises, which is to determine the intensity index, which combines the production index of innovative products, the cost of innovation and the share of innovative embedded products, process analysis of IP in industry, which includes determining the level of IP according to indicators of financial and economic activity index and the intensity of IP, methodical provision of a model of IP, different sequence and content of the following stages: detection and analysis of IP types (product, marketing, technological, managerial) rationale for the specific type of IP based on the analytic hierarchy process ; improve the management of IP functional simulation using IDEF0; clarify the essence of the category of "innovative process" and establish its relationship with other related categories based on the rationale chain "innovation - innovation - innovation - innovation process" and makes it possible to distinguish the stage IP, IP model structure, which differs from the current view of all stages of the innovation cycle: creation of innovation, competitive environment analysis, development of prototype and its manufacture, preparation for mass production and its launch, the market launch of new product and its sales, service; analytical support for decision making in predicting the development of IP, a feature which is to use simulation models to stage output of goods in the market, establishing causal relationships of stocks of innovative products, the volume of financial resources, cost of sales of innovative products, the cost of innovation and determine the able to identify negative or positive changes; subject and degree of introduction: design implemented in practice of "Turboatom", "factory Yuzhkabel" GP HMZ "FED"; sphere of the use: management innovation processes in industrial pidpryyemtsvah.
