Essay

The thesis provides new approaches to the prevention of colorectal anastomosis sutures failure in patients after low anterior resection of the rectum due to risk factors for its occurrence in conjunction with the scoring on a scale of technical complexity of surgery.The rate of joints colorectal anastomosis failure and its influence on the postoperative period course, the results of surgical treatment were studied. In the experiment on white rats demonstrated the role of mobilization of the rectum in the occurrence of ischemic disorders in its wall. Established that the risk of colorectal anastomosis sutures failure significantly increased in patients with presence of more than 4 risk factors for this complication, combined with the assessment by the original scale of technical complexity of surgery more than 5 points. Established indications for preventive stoma formation brought benefits transverzostomy. The algorithm of prevention of colorectal anastomosis failure of joints was elaborated.
