The dissertation is dedicated to the scientific mission - on the ground of studies of cytokines' links as a part of the immunity, immunoglobulins count, circulating immune complexes, homocysteine, endothelin, indices of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense, main indices of endotoxicosis (levels of general and effective albumin concentration, toxin-binding capacity of the serum and the count of the middle mass molecules), character of autoimmune reactions and level of antibodies to health and sclerotic changed tissue of the aorta in the blood of the patients with AH in comparison with deferent severity stages of the AH, the clinico-pathogenetic role of these indices in target-organs involvement has been proven, this allowed to single out criteria of forecasting of the course of the disease.
