Essay

The parliamentary elections as a mechanism for mobility of the political elite of Ukraine was investigated. Determined that the mobility of the political elite - is a dynamic process of involving individuals with active political life. Established that the basic mechanisms of mobility of the political elite is pluralistic elections and practice appointment (dismissal) of representatives of the political elite. It was found that in the process of making of an independent Ukrainian state has changed not only the composition of the political elite but also the principles of its mobility. It is shown that the rate of renewal of the political elite is reduced, the tendency of rotation elite observed.
