Goncharova N. The features of surgical treatment of the complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis taking into account the quality of life of patients

The author spends a retro- and prospective analysis of results of surgical treatment of 253 patients with the complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis. On the base of research results were developed diagnostic and surgical treatment algorithms for patients with the complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis taking into account a level and disposition of pathology modifications in a pancreas and severity level of a condition of the patient. With immunological research were detected immunological markers of inflammatory process activity. On the base of research results were developed the mathematical model of estimation the quality of life, in a different periods of time to a high accuracy 87 %. Efficiency of new surgical methods is developed, approved and proved: a way of formation pancreaticoenteroanastomosis, a way of surgical treatment of fibrosis degeneration chronic pancreatitis with jaundice, ways of surgical treatment of fibrosis degeneration chronic pancreatitis. The received results of researches and workings out let to decrease of post operative complication, mortality and improve the quality of life the patients with the complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis.
