In this dissertation a complex research of scientific-applied principles of improvement of quality of service at the enterprises of post-offices is carried out. The analysis of global trends showed that postal communications of Ukraine develops according to the principles and objectives of the Air Force and conceptual foundations of the development strategy of the Ukrainian post offices for 2005-2015. The further development of indicators of the quality of service was made and the factors that affect it were studied, that will more fully consider the quality of service with regard to the requirements of consumers. Methodical bases of grouping indicators of a service quality and motivation of personnel grouping indicators were improved. There was also improved the model of organization of marketing activities for enterprises post suffices by the motivation factors (groups of motivation of personnel) that affect the efficiency of the employees of the enterprises. Formed motivation system performance and system quality of service. Methodical approaches to the calculation of complex and generalized assessments of quality of service and performance motivation of post offices. The complex model for the general evaluation of service quality on business postal services in view of the motivational factor. The recommendations for improving the quality of service and prospects for their use in post offices are made.
