Results of analysis of esophagogastroduodenoscopy accomplished to 284 patients with dyspeptic complaints are presented. Introduction of methods of high-resolution, high magnification (up to 115), narrow-band imaging videoesophagogastroduodenoscopy combined with chromoendoscopy techniques and precision biopsy has allowed to increase (in comparison with routine fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopy) study sensitivity from 37.5% to 70.9% (p<0,05); the proportion of initial verification of gastric mucosa atrophy, metaplasia and neoplasia, respectively, in 18 (p = 0.0001), 10 (p<0.05) and 3 (p = 0.045) times. Endoscopic mucosal resection characterized by short hospitalization (2.2 days, sygma ±1,1) and low complications. Precancerous changes of gastric mucosa screening algorithm give the opportunity to optimize diagnosis and treatment of metaplastic and dysplastic gastric mucosa results.
