Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development and justification of a number of theoretical assumptions and methodological recommendations on improving the organizational - economic mechanism for building enterprise competitiveness, which enable to improve its competitive position in the market on the basis of competitive advantage. The essence and the concept of "competitiveness of the construction company" and the classification of construction companies competitiveness factors which is completed with the classification sign on competitiveness management levels have been improved. A methodical approach to evaluating the competitiveness of construction companies, which is based on the decomposition of the integral components of the indicator in the context of operational and strategic competitiveness has been used and the influence on the formation of the overall competitiveness of the enterprise, which takes into account the dynamic nature of the evaluation of strategic competitiveness , has been determined. The methodical approach to creating the organizational and economic mechanism for the competitiveness of construction companies has been suggested. The formation of the management information base competitive construction company process including monitoring of internal and external information on each of the selected stages of its formation enables its constant monitoring and provides efficiency in data transfer between levels of government and the validity of administrative decisions to enhance the competitiveness of construction companies in the market environment. We propose a system-oriented approach to the management of competitiveness, which is based on an integrated system of management principles of competitiveness of the individual components allowing its integrated management system based on the target position implementation. We received further development of methodological tools for assessing the impact of key internal and external factors on the part of operational and strategic competitiveness of the construction company, which makes it possible to determine the priority of their registration, and allows predicting competitiveness under the influence of these factors.
